Every Room Drop setup is prepared especially for you, so room setups are available by enquiry only. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we have time to organise everything and make sure your setup is just right.

How it works
Simply send us an enquiry with your date, location and what you have in mind. We’ll chat with you about the setup, confirm what’s possible and send through the details and pricing before anything is booked.

What’s included
Each setup comes with the standard items included in the package you choose. If you’d like to add a little more, we can customise your setup with additional flowers, gifts, candles, balloons, personalised touches and more.

A little note about cancellations
Because setups are prepared and items are purchased specifically for your booking, cancellations may incur a fee depending on how close they are to your scheduled setup. We’ll always confirm the cancellation terms with you when your booking is made.
